I am so pleased to hear that Yvonne Innes and Olivia Harrison have been awared a Silver Gilt at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show for their garden 'From Life to Life'. This specially designed garden was inspired by the life of George Harrison - I particularly love the Indian pavilion which represents the spiritual aspect of his life.
'From Life to Life' is a line taken from a Beatles song entitled 'It's All Too Much'. These beautiful words have been reproduced on the face of the wall in front of the pavilion.

I confess to not knowing about his passion and love of gardening but I'm not really surprised that someone so spiritual, not to mention creative, should find great peace and happiness amongst nature.
Olivia Harrison said, "My hope is that this project will be a tribute to the horticultural side of his personality that relatively few people know about and help inspire other gardeners." Now, if only I had space for an Indian pavilion...
