Melissa Morris Ivone has a great goal - to be as nice as possible.  If only there were more like her.  This is such a great endeavour on her part and so inspirational that she has my wholehearted support - hence the Operation NICE badge on my site.  I recommend a visit to her site - this is a NICE woman.
